Since subscribed internet calendars are shared calendars that you don’t have administrative control over, they need to be selected individually to sync because the default setting is “Off” on the Google Calendar App for iOS. To subscribe using the Google Calendar app for iOS, you must first subscribe through Google Calendar from the web interface by following the steps outlined in the Google Calendar section above. Tap the share icon at the top-left of the screen.Hint: If you do not see the TeamSnap calendar in the list, tap Show More to expand to see your full list view.On your Android device, open Google Calendar app or the native Android Calendar app on your phone. You'll want to be sure that you use the same Google account that you have set up on your phone. The second step is to go to the Calendar app that is synced to your Google account, to verify that Sync Calendars is selected in Settings by following the steps below: Google does not provide a way to do this through the mobile app, so it must be done through the Google Calendar web interface by following the steps outlined in the Google Calendar section above. Android phones are tightly integrated with Google, so to access a subscribed calendar on an Android phone, you must first subscribe through Google Calendar. Subscribing to a calendar on your Android phone is a two-part process. If it has been over 24 hours and your calendar has not populated, please contact support. If the calendar name shows in your list of calendars on the left of the screen, the subscription was successfully added. Please note that Google can take up to 24 hours to fully populate subscribed calendars. As long as you do not see an error, it is likely still working. Note: It may take a few minutes for your iCal file to fully load in Google. Paste calendar link into the URL field.Go to Google Calendar, click the small arrow to the right of Other Calendars (located on the left side of the screen below your mini calendar and My Calendars list).Click your roster name below the team name to enter the team site.Log into TeamSnap on the web (not mobile app). Before subscribing to a team schedule that you have an existing subscription set up for, we recommend unsubscribing on your personal calendar. Note: Subscribed calendars display up to 6 months of past games and events. If your team is part of a sports organization account in TeamSnap you will not see the option to enter results unless you are an organization administrator or your organization administrators have enabled scores to be entered by team administrators.Users can subscribe to a team's full schedule of games and events to have them displayed in a calendar and automatically updated any time the schedule is changed. If you're a member of multiple teams within TeamSnap, you can also subscribe to your combined TeamSnap schedule. If you are an administrator but do not see the option to enter results for a game that has already taken place, the schedule item you are viewing may have been entered as an event, which has no scoring fields, instead of a game. To break the team's link, contact TeamSnap support with the name of the team. Breaking the team link requires that all current members resubscribe to the team's calendar. There is not a way to reset a single member's link to the team schedule since there is just one link to the schedule for the entire team. This may be a good way to go if you have several former team members with this issue, or if you'd like to ensure that only current members have access to the current schedule links. If you are a team admin attempting to resolve this for a former roster member, you can opt to have the calendar link for your entire team reset. Ask the former roster member to unsubscribe from the team schedule.
